HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Each therapy session I offer typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. This timeframe allows us to explore your thoughts and feelings in depth, providing ample opportunity for discussion and reflection. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can express yourself openly and work towards your personal growth. I believe that this duration is effective in fostering meaningful progress in your therapeutic journey.

WHAT THERAPY MODALITIES DO YOU USE?

I utilize a variety of therapy modalities to best support my clients' needs. My approach includes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation. I also incorporate the person-centered approach to create a supportive environment for self-discovery, along with trauma-informed care to acknowledge the impact of past experiences. Additionally, I use motivational interviewing to help clients enhance their motivation for change. Each modality is tailored to foster healing and personal growth.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

Yes, I do offer sliding scale rates to accommodate those facing financial hardship. Please feel free to reach out to me for more details on how I can tailor my services to meet your needs.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
